Send your Aquawiz in for service.

The following parts will be replaced

1) Dosing Pumps

2) Tubing

3) Air Stone

4) Ph Probe

5) Water line and Filter

Warranty 180 days

Shipping unit back to you is included. 

Please make sue to Darin the water and dry the unit fully. Please send the machine alone. Don't include the Water line, power soppy and PH probe. Ph probe can be safely stored in tank water and can be reused when you get the unit back. 

Please pack the unit in the original shipping box with all padding in place.  This is critical for the machine to arrive without getting damaged.
